• Eddy Current Analysts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Eddy Current inspections, assess inspection results, reporting all findings, and recommend any required repairs
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with both clients and co-workers
• Coordinate all on-site schedule logistics and contractor management
• Observe and follow safety rules and practices, and other safety requirements for all projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Eddy Current working experience in the industry
• Eddy Current training courses
• Strong work ethic with excellent time management skills
• Commitment to advancement with ECT certifications and advanced services
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to perform physically demanding activities that may involve moving, setting up, and operating equipment

ASSETS:

• CGSB Certifications (ECT or Other)
• Experience with multiple ECT techniques
• ECT procedure development abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform UT/PAUT/TOFD examinations
• Recommend any additional examinations to be performed based on deficiencies/defects/indications or limitations noted during the inspection
• Interpret and communicate any and all deficiencies/defects/indications or limitations
• Communicate/compile/transfer raw and final data to the supervisor for processing and auditing
• Ability to compile scan plans for inspections
• Perform PAUT as per the written procedure(s), Client requirements, and provided scope of work.
• Write detailed formal reports for all NDE performed, understand the information required to be on reports and complete in a timely manner
• General maintenance of PAUT equipment and scanners
• Understand the calibrations required, the frequency in which they are required, and how to perform and document the calibrations
• Mentor junior technicians
• Read and understand Streamline’s written procedures and the scope of each procedure for the applicable NDE methods to be performed
• All other tasks as directed by upper Management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Detail oriented and well organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team, as well as independently
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Current CGSB UT Level 2 certification
• Additional specialty NDE/API certifications are an asset
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Oil and Gas services specifically involving general NDE and PAUT inspections
• Experience with a variety of AUT corrosion scanning and crawler systems
• Current First Aid, H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry/Rescue, Fall Protection, EWP and WHMIS certifications
• Valid drivers’ license and clean Driver’s Abstract

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Certifications for any or all of – MT2 or PT2
• Additional NDE/API certifications are considered an asset.
• Current First Aid, H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry/Rescue, Fall Protection, and WHMIS training
• Valid drivers’ license and clean driving record
• Detail oriented and well organized with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team, as well as independently
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook​

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) or Liquid Penetrant Inspection (PT) as certifications allow
• Perform inspections at plant turnarounds/projects
• Create detailed reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Co-ordinate with administrative staff to create final reports to send to client.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current CGSB Level 1 or 2 certifications
• Additional API certifications are considered an asset
• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Current First Aid, H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry/Rescue, Fall Protection, CSO, EWP and WHMIS training
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Valid drivers license and clean Drivers Abstract
• Detail oriented and well organized with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team, as well as independently
