Streamline Inspection Ltd. is currently seeking certified NDT Assistants for our Calgary, Red Deer and Fort Saskatchewan locations to collaborate with our certified NDT Technicians travelling to and from sites to perform inspections throughout Canada.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up and utilize nondestructive test equipment.
  • Assist NDT Technicians while conducting testing to determine if it meets accepted
  • specifications of codes and standards.
  • Assist NDT Technicians in the calibration of NDT equipment.

Project Coordinator

Streamline Inspection Ltd. is looking for an experienced project coordinator. The coordinator will primarily support the operations team, maintaining scheduling of current and new projects.

 

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal team members to deliver results on strict deadlines.

 

This role will be primarily based out of our Fort Saskatchewan office while supporting North American operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Forecast and schedule the necessary resources for all contracts.
  • Organize and confirm administrative aspects of each job prior to the start of the project.
  • Issue all work instructions to field personnel prior to mobilization.
  • Verify all project LEMs on a weekly basis.
  • Act as the point of contact and become the liaison between the clients, office staff, and the operators in the field.
  • Prepare, submit and track requests for information as required.
  • Track inventory equipment and personnel movements on each project.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and generate weekly project status reports.
  • Ensure that all project concerns are immediately resolved
  • Attend and document all project kick-off meetings to establish project expectations

 

REQUIREMENTS:
